Repiblik is now in its last phase of production thanks to the substantial personal investment of a transnational crew based in Haiti and the United States. Now, to make this project a full reality, we must raise $50,000 by July 2009. Your contributions will enable us to visit 16 cities throughout Haiti's 10 departments during the summer of 2009. The funds raised will offset basic production expenses including room and board, travel, and equipment.

Below is a list of ways you can assist us, as we complete production in order to bring a mosaic of stories on-screen. If you find inspiration in the Repiblik social media project, or, know of others who share its mission-vision, we encourage you to contribute however you are able to!

Financial

The Florida Immigrant Coalition is a 501 c(3) non-profit organization and is non-political. FLIC, Repiblik, and Spirit Media Enterprises (SME) take no official positions on any aspect of the Haitian political situation. Although the interviewees and individual crew members may express such opinions, they do not ever express these on behalf of FLIC, Repiblik and SME.

We anticipate developing a considerable audience in both domestic and international realms upon completion of the project and wish to explore several venues for publication, including local and international film festivals.
